2 days after ordering, the voucher was already in my mailbox; it really doesn't get any faster than that!
I'll tell you about the flight experience later. Since my sweetheart has already flown twice with Ivo and was thrilled every time, it will certainly be the same this time.

Unfortunately, the tin gift box arrived a little dented. Perhaps it should be sent in a cardboard box rather than a bubble envelope. The postal service is not always so gentle with the goods. The gift voucher could be a little more valuable. The recipient's name in particular should be printed a little larger.

I particularly liked the fact that the voucher was personally labeled with names and that the flyer also had a personal "tutch"!

The homepage is very user-friendly and the neutral voucher that we ordered was sent to us immediately and the voucher was personalized with our son's name, which we thought was very cool. The gift wrapping that we also ordered was also a real eye-catcher, a really great gift and our son totally freaked out! The selection on the website is great and works well. The ordering process is simple and accepts the usual payment options. The order with the advance versions for download was very welcome. The "paper form" of the voucher arrived very quickly, however the wrapping cardboard was crumpled so it was unusable. This happens in the postal distribution systems, but I have no suggestion on how to improve this.
