Very good service. But: I would have liked to know how long the vouchers are valid for. I'm sure it would have been written somewhere, but I couldn't find it. That's a bit annoying.

I was pleasantly surprised by the competent information I received in response to my questions. The same applies to the delivery of the voucher for the flight I ordered. I am already looking forward to what I hope will be a wonderful balloon flight.
