Your certified tandem skydiving instructors will explain the exact procedure for your skydive and familiarize you with the equipment and safety regulations. Ready for your tandem jump? After the briefing and fitting of the parachute equipment, you’ll board the plane with your tandem jump instructor. During the ascent, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the fantastic views of the majestic Swiss mountains and glaciers of the Bernese Oberland, Central Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland, the Swiss Plateau, or the Zurich area.
At over 4,000 meters above sea level, you’ll get ready for a tandem skydive over the Bernese Oberland, Zurich, Locarno, Grenchen, the Rhine Valley, or Sitterdorf. Double-check everything one last time, and you’re ready to go! Against the breathtaking backdrop of the Swiss Alps, you’ll jump out of the plane with your skydive instructor. Whether you want to book your desired date right away or give a skydive gift certificate as a present, you’ll race toward the ground at incredible speed, with the wind tugging at your jumpsuit and whistling in your ears. After about 45–55 seconds of free fall, the parachute opens, slowing your seemingly unstoppable descent.
Filled with a sense of bliss after this adrenaline rush, you’ll now glide gently toward the ground beneath your parachute, giving you the chance to take in a peaceful view of Switzerland from above. Right in front of one of the skydiving centers in Reichenbach, Zurich, Central Switzerland, Locarno, Eastern Switzerland, St. Gallen, or Grenchen, your tandem instructor gently brings you back to earth—skydiving at its finest!

Prices vary depending on the type of jump:
- Airplane (4000m): approx. CHF 395.– to CHF 430.–
- Helicopter: approx. CHF 450.– to CHF 550.–
- Photos & Video: usually approx. CHF 120.– to CHF 150.– extra.
You can sometimes find the affordable Basic tandem skydive for as low as CHF 285.- during promotions.
A tandem jump is statistically considered to be very safe. All providers are monitored by the FOCA (Federal Office of Civil Aviation). Each parachute has a main parachute and a reserve parachute, which is even opened automatically (by a computer/cypres) in an emergency.
Skydiving is dependent on the weather. In case of rain, low clouds or strong winds, we will not jump. In this case, we will inform you (usually the evening before or in the morning) and look for an alternative date free of charge. Safety always comes first!
- Weight: Usually up to 90-105 kg (including clothing).
- Age: From 15 years (under 18 with parental signature).
- Health: Normal fitness is sufficient (can run approx. 100m). No heart problems or pregnancy.
