Open daily, sometimes until late in the evening. I called one Sunday evening and was put through to an extremely nice employee. He answered all my questions competently, friendly, and patiently. By Tuesday, I had the gift certificate I ordered in my mailbox. The gift certificate is beautifully designed and personalized. I’d be happy to do this again.

Unfortunately, the hot-air balloon ride couldn't take place on my birthday because rain was forecast. Since I'd like to go on the balloon ride on my next birthday, Flight Base issued me a gift certificate within two days.
