Slowly and silently, the balloon rises higher and higher and with every meter you discover new details from the edge of the basket. The slow speed gives you plenty of time to enjoy and relax. After about 2 hours in the air, your professional pilot will look for a suitable spot to land and gently set the basket down. After packing up the balloon, which you are welcome to help with, your pilot will take you back to the launch site. The Experience

The classic panoramic flight around Lake Zurich can be booked for 2 hours. You can also book the entire balloon exclusively for you and your companion on the private balloon flight. Ideal for a marriage proposal, a romantic balloon flight or a special day. Team events are also possible for whole groups, a highly recommended experience!

The ride itself was uniquely beautiful. We always felt safe. It was also great that we were involved in the pre-launch preparations; this helped pass the time until takeoff and, at the same time, gave us a better understanding of the balloon ride.
What dampened the experience somewhat were the many reschedulings beforehand—in my case, there were six. In this regard, I find your registration and rescheduling procedures a bit cumbersome; perhaps I didn’t follow them correctly either. It should be possible to reschedule directly with the third-party provider rather than through your portal. The pilot or company can then notify you afterward that the flight took place. Originally, I had booked the starting point or meeting place in Wädenswil for a Sunday. After several cancellations, I ultimately didn’t care where or when it took place. In the end, it happened on a Thursday in Schenkon, LU, with the starting point in Muhen, AG. I understand that safety comes first; I think that’s the right approach. I didn’t know there were so many reasons a flight could be canceled. To be honest, I wouldn’t have been surprised if our flight had also been affected by the fire ban in effect in many areas. Personally, I found the “lower-altitude” flights more interesting than the “higher-altitude” flight at 2,000 meters. I’d like to thank the pilot for the safe flight and the smooth landing in Sempach.

It was absolutely fantastic! We had the best weather. The crew was very nice and everything on the flight went smoothly, including the perfect landing. I also really liked the fact that you could help set up and take down. At the end there was also a small drink and a personal "certificate". I can recommend it without reservation!
