At first, we had a little trouble finding the offer listed on our gift certificate. We received a voucher for a couple’s flight to the Glarus Alps with a landing on a glacier, but couldn’t find it. After chatting and calling, we learned that this offer is no longer available.
In our opinion, this should have been clearly stated on the website. That’s a minor downside. However, communication via phone and chat was really good for us.
We’re looking forward to the experience with Flightbase.
