We have not yet taken the flight, but I am very happy with the way the voucher etc. was handled. After just one day I had the beautifully packaged vouchers at home. Payment by invoice also makes things a lot easier for me (without a credit card).
Hopefully I'll be just as enthusiastic about the flight as I am about the rest.

Very nice flight, wonderful weather and competent explanations about the mountains of the Bernese Oberland.

The preparations and the flight were well organized and perfectly timed.
The wonderful weather contributed to an impressive three-peak flight.
As we were sitting in the back row, we were unfortunately practically unable to understand the relatively few explanations given by the captain about the various peaks.

Everything went very smoothly. Trustworthy, friendly pilot.
The size of the plane (8 seats) surprised us. Next time we would like to fly with a smaller plane.

Hello,
The Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau sightseeing flight was very nice, but I would have expected the pilot to give one or two explanations about the beautiful mountains, glaciers, towns and landscape. So I had to rely on my own modest sense of direction.
I couldn't recognize our respective location in the internal aircraft navigation system.
