Everything worked well and simply.
Except for one detail:
When the voucher is ordered, it is not pointed out that it can only be used for a booking once it has been paid for. This information would be helpful if a voucher is purchased as a gift and the flight is already booked. This would allow you to pay for the voucher directly by Visa and not by invoice, which would then take a few days.

As the vouchers are intended as a gift, the recipient can arrange a booking with us themselves. A registration form must be completed to make an appointment. My colleague Herzog Heinz and I really enjoyed the Matterhorn sightseeing flight. It's quite different from flying in a big jet!
Although I know the Bernese Oberland and Valais well, the area sometimes looks a bit confusing from above. It would be useful if the pilot could give the current location (mountains, towns) a few times.
Otherwise everything was great!
