Familiar airport, friendly and experienced pilot, fine aircraft, beautiful weather with mixed thermals - still a great flying experience.
Only the communication and organization in the run-up was a bit shaky.

I organized a flight as a gift for someone, so I didn't fly myself. The feedback from the participant was full of enthusiasm about the flight, but the organization regarding the execution was miserable. The flight was postponed several times. Some of the cancellations were at very, very short notice. On the day of the flight, the aircraft was broken again, but the flight was then carried out with a helicopter.

As I said, the flight was apparently a great experience, but I am disappointed to give away a gift that then causes so much trouble for the participant.

Thank you for your feedback. In aviation, we are bound by very strict legal requirements. If there is only a small defect on the aircraft, it cannot be flown. Unfortunately, this is not always foreseeable and is for your safety. In your case, the flight was carried out as a gesture of goodwill with a helicopter, which is normally much more expensive and which we would not have been obliged to do. Unfortunately, you were also unlucky with the weather, which delayed the flight. Safety is the top priority for our pilots and we do not fly in dubious weather conditions. The weather decision will be made the evening before, as stated in the confirmation email. Unfortunately, the weather forecast is not yet good enough for us to make the decision several days in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience.
