Postponements must be entered via the postponement form. We cannot accept postponements by telephone, email or chat to avoid any misunderstandings.

If a booking has to be canceled due to weather conditions, you have a maximum of 2 years to give us a new desired date. After that, the voucher or ticket will expire.
No, we only need the 2nd preferred date as a second option for finding a date when you register (e.g. if your 1st preferred date is already fully booked). Please let us know a new preferred date.
