Before the flight (planning phase): Pilot advised us very well regarding execution and always kept us up to date. Very reliable. We really appreciated that.
Flight experience: It was an indescribable experience! The pilot was great; the communication before and during the flight was exemplary. He responded to our wishes according to the situation and even anticipated them. We will definitely recommend Flightbase and the pilot to others.

Thank you for your feedback. It should be mentioned that Flightbase canceled the flight due to the bad weather, but the customer still wanted to fly. The flights are only carried out in good weather, unless the customer wishes to fly anyway.

Today we were able to enjoy a helicopter flight with Mr. Ives Berlowitz. It was great fun all round.
Ives was a first-class pilot! He was extremely attentive and approachable, explained everything very well, flew very confidently and fulfilled our wishes in full. Thank you very much!
