Ordering online was very easy. delivery was also very quick. as the gift is for my partner and he takes care of the post, I was very pleased that it was sent in a neutral envelope.
The voucher is simple and beautiful. I would have liked to have seen the accompanying letter on slightly thicker paper, perhaps a little flyer-like. I have to say that the text on it is very clear and understandable, so I am very grateful.
