Voucher arrived the day after ordering - great service

Hello,
We were at the airport at the agreed booking time. However, the base manager knew nothing about the sightseeing flight.
Thanks to the super uncomplicated manner of the manager, we were able to take the flight a little late after all. Once again a big thank you to our pilot Stefan who worked unexpected overtime.
