Private alpine trip did not work out. We were on board with other guests. One star deduction.
Nevertheless, a very nice experience. Nice crew and fellow travelers. The difference in the amount paid was refunded promptly and without any problems.
Would highly recommend an alpine flight in the Bernese Oberland to anyone interested in a balloon flight.
