I am very impressed with the service provided by the Flightbase staff. I booked a duo thermal flight as a gift and chose the gift box plus photo session. Very good and targeted ordering process where you get optional additions for the perfect gift. I liked it very much. My open questions about the flight were answered by the employee to my complete satisfaction, so that nothing stood in the way of the upcoming flight experience. If the realization on the day of the flight is also carried out so smoothly, then gladly 5 stars plus! Many thanks again for your valuable support. Incidentally, I ordered from Germany and the payment service is also very customer-oriented.
