The registration and telephone support from the switchboard was a bit unfriendly.
But the contact with Ivo and his flight team was all the more cordial. Andre, Thomas and Ivo were great!!! A very warm greeting!!!

The child who received the gift was very happy and satisfied. The process was pretty straightforward and so was the contact with the person who carried it out.

It was a particularly nice flight because there were lots of fair-weather clouds around which we curved. Ivo got me safely back on the ground. His enthusiasm for flying was fully transferred to me.

My instructor Marco Zoppi was very professional,
and I felt safe and comfortable at all times.
