Tandem jump in Reichenbach was great fun. I can recommend it to anyone.
Great people on site. You feel like you're in good hands and have complete confidence. A suuuper experience!!!
I would do it again at any time.

Hi All,

The best jump ever in Triengen with the amazing team.
Really recommend the place and the jump itself.

Best regards,

I experienced a super great jump. The instruction was brief, easy to understand and relaxed. I really have nothing to complain about. You are a great team and I will be happy to recommend you to others!

Everything was wonderful.
Good and professional atmosphere at the airport. (Grenchen in my case)
Any time again!

Perhaps worth mentioning two bureaucratic minuses and one plus:
- The information letter enclosed said "Grenchen near Solothurn daily from March to October". But that wasn't true.
- The first jump date was only confirmed by email the day before. That was too short notice for us. We immediately canceled by phone and the cancellation was confirmed. The next day, the jump master called from the airport: Yes, where are you? -
+ Extending one of the two vouchers beyond the expiration date for the next season was no problem. Thank you very much!

Flightbase comment:

Hello Mr. Lurvink

Thank you for your feedback. In principle, the jumps can be made daily during the specified time. However, in order for the aircraft to take off, we need a minimum number of jumpers to cover the costs. In the low season it may therefore happen that no jumps can be made on one day because too few people have registered.

We are very sorry that the jump leader on site did not notice your cancellation. We will check where the mistake was.

Your Flightbase Team

It was a very nice experience. I had a positive experience of the preparation and the flight. The only thing was that when the farm parachute opened, I was shocked by the massive "jolt". I also had chest pains for three weeks afterwards. Perhaps it would have been helpful to announce this. Then I could have held on to the straps and cushioned the whole thing.
