The voucher arrived within a day of ordering, great. I also think it's great that the voucher and the accompanying brochure were personalized with the name.

The only thing I have to complain about is that the envelope containing the voucher is quite tight. When I took the voucher out, I almost couldn't get it back in (maybe I was just incapable of doing that, haha).

It was a great experience, the weather was perfect and the Alpine panorama was impressive. The landing was eventful and very hard, but that wasn't down to the pilot, but the terrain. There were few meadows where there was no fencing, just a very small area with a few trees and a pasture fence. I can really recommend it.
