The entire ordering and payment process went very smoothly and quickly, however, it's a bit unclear to me why the gift voucher is only valid for one year. For example: If you're a slightly larger group of friends and you all give each other this gift voucher, everyone gets the same present. But then you have to go jumping super fast, otherwise the gift vouchers expire, and finding a booking for 10 people together is quite difficult. In my opinion, it could either be extended to at least 2-3 years or issued without an expiry date.

This means we guarantee the carrying out of the booked offer at the price paid, regardless of whether it becomes more expensive during this period. If the price guarantee has expired, the gift voucher can be extended on our homepage by one year at a time, up to a maximum of 10 years (according to Swiss OR).
