Everything has worked out very well so far. However, I would like to give the following feedback. With the Pilot Box Captain, we imagined that the voucher would be delivered together with the goodies in a gift box and not just everything in the shipping box. The flyer accompanying the gift voucher contains a discount voucher worth CHF 10.00, which is unfortunately only valid until December 19, 2025, and therefore cannot be redeemed. The same applies to the discount voucher included in the feedback email, which is valid until December 26, 2025. These vouchers should be valid for at least one year.
