Unfortunately, the communication of the guides was not advantageous, almost none of them could speak German. So that in the morning at the Appel it came to ambiguities and those present hardly understood their names. Unfortunately, hardly anything was explained at altitude. No key data about the balloon etc. d
The driver only spoke English.

a great experience, very friendly guide, communication & handling was flawless, somewhat bumpy landing, but never felt unsafe and everything worked out wonderfully
