It was a wonderful experience. The two employees were very friendly and we were allowed to join in/watch the whole process. Highly recommended. We will definitely go again.

The balloon ride was very nice and the driver was super friendly. The organization was also very good.

Unfortunately, the communication of the guides was not advantageous, almost none of them could speak German. So that in the morning at the Appel it came to ambiguities and those present hardly understood their names. Unfortunately, hardly anything was explained at altitude. No key data about the balloon etc. d
The driver only spoke English.
