Afterward, a tow plane will pull you into the air, and once you reach the necessary altitude, you'll be released: your glider flight begins! The sailplane panoramic flight takes place daily in good weather from around March to around mid-October. In the early and late season, the flights usually take place at weekends.
The total time required is approx. 150 minutes.

You take off from Schänis airfield in the Linth plain between Lake Zurich and Lake Walen.

Schänis airfield offers many attractions such as a children's playground and a nice restaurant.

Super flight, including a close-up view of the Churfirsten. Very pleasant and sociable pilot, an unforgettable experience. It took about 3-4 hours after landing until I could imagine living on the ground again.

It was a very nice flight into the Glarus Alps and there was even a loop at the end. Even with the hour flight time, the pilot didn't take it too tightly and added a supplement. I would do it again at any time.
