It was fantastic. We had actually planned the tour for last year, but it wasn't meant to be. All we can say is that it was worth the wait. Our new contact Holly was very helpful, provided us with good information, and was easy to work with. Once again, we would like to praise the selection of our pilot Astrid, co-pilot Ralf, and ground crew member Stephan. It was an unforgettable day for the three of us. We had a fantastic hot air balloon flight experience over the Grisons Alps.
The on-site organization, the process, and the pilot's expertise were top-notch.
I had a voucher that we wanted to redeem over the summer in the Bernese Oberland. Unfortunately, our flight had to be postponed several times due to the weather. At some point, we didn't hear anything more from the pilot, Manfred Streit.
However, Flightbase made it very easy for us to change the flight location.
Unfortunately, this led to a minor misunderstanding regarding the number of passengers on the day of the flight, but in the end everything worked out perfectly and we enjoyed the flight with Urs Frieden from slow-fly.ch at 4800 meters.
Many thanks to everyone involved for this unforgettable experience.

Everything went great from start to finish. The flight was great. The visibility is not ideal in summer, but I was aware of that. Preparation, cleaning up and packing up after the flight was also very interesting. I will gladly recommend the experience to others.

Everything went smoothly. Great guidance. Very friendly pilots. We were even able to ride along with the pilot from Solothurn. The balloon flight (panorama Bernese Oberland) from Zweisimmen was simply heavenly. The mountains were super visible and the silence up there was simply delightful. The landing in the urban area of Thun on a meadow was very professional and gentle. The aperitif after everything was packed was the icing on the cake. The company is highly recommended.

Very nice experience.
Everything was perfectly organized. Special compliments to the balloon pilot, Manfred Streit. He had all the situations under control, especially the grounding. Respect for this achievement.

The take-off was great, the ride was perfect, the landing very fine and soft. The landing site was not ideal, but that was not the pilot's fault. A big thank you to the pilot and his crew.

The balloon flight from Zweisimmen over hills, mountains and the town of Thun was a wonderful experience. The balloon pilot Manfred radiated safety and guided the balloon with calm and routine. He answered our many questions and you could tell that he enjoys his job. After landing, a small table was quickly conjured up from the escort car and a drink was served after the balloon was packed up together. This experience will go in my treasure chest!

As I had given my flight voucher to our daughter, I can't give any direct Reviews . However, I can confirm that the whole process was flawless and uncomplicated from the moment of booking. Both my husband (who will be sending his own Reviews ) and our daughter thought the hot air balloon ride was great and the pilot was very friendly.

Unfortunately, the wind was not kind to us and we were only sailing in a small area. It was also quite hazy. But that wasn't anyone's fault. But.... Manfred and his partner Marcel were excellent. Professional, informative and very nice. I can only recommend them to others. It was a good and interesting experience.

It was a wonderful experience!
Everything went very well, the pilot gave us the necessary information the evening before and we met on time at the agreed location. The pilot took us safely in the air and showed us a beautiful mountain view.
Everything was well prepared and the ride was very impressive.
