Questions about postponement/cancellation
Postponements must be entered via the postponement form. We cannot accept postponements by telephone, email or chat to avoid any misunderstandings.

Cancellations must be made by using the cancellation form. Cancellations by email, telephone and chat cannot be accepted, so that there are no misunderstandings.

- When your pilot informs you of the negative weather decision, you can directly give him a new desired date if you already know it.
- If you do not yet have a new desired date, you can fill in the postponement form at a later date.
- The booking will not automatically be postponed to the second desired date specified during registration.
