Perfect communication during booking and preparation (schedules, directions, etc.)
Absolutely friendly staff at Valair.
A very competent and trustworthy pilot with a wealth of experience and a knack for sharing knowledge.
Dream weather—though neither Flightbase nor Valair, as the flight operator, could have done anything about it.
Very good starting location in Balzers.
The aperitif was OK, though one might expect a bit higher quality from the sparkling drink given the price.

I wasn't able to fly myself. The two people who were able to enjoy the flight were very enthusiastic.
The impressions and the flight itself were indescribable! An unforgettable experience. Everything went smoothly and the pilot was very friendly and the whole handling was great!

Everything was full of satisfaction.
Good explanation and top flight pilot.
Unfortunately we didn't remember the name of the pilot.
