I would like to thank you for the fantastic balloon flight over the city of Bern.
After it was thundering, lightning and raining on the way to the meeting point
, it was not to be expected that it would be an eventful
balloon flight. The balloon pilot also contributed a lot to this. He
made clever use of the different wind directions.

Everything went to our satisfaction. The two pilots, father and son Manfred, provided us with a wonderful, unforgettable balloon adventure for Vreni's milestone birthday and our 41st wedding anniversary. We would like to thank them once again for their commitment, outstanding professional performance and courteous service.

We would also like to thank you for your competent back-office work and the clarifications required for the launch. Without the well-coordinated cooperation of all those involved, such adventures would be unthinkable. I am surprised to have received the voucher so quickly. I released the amount for payment today.

I'm looking forward to my friend's reaction when I give him the voucher on his birthday.

But I'm even more excited to see what a balloon ride feels like.
