I spoke to the pilot on the phone two days before the flight and he told me that he would call me back in the afternoon as he couldn't give me any details about the flight yet.
I waited in vain for the call back. I then contacted him again the day before, which was not very convenient for him as he was driving.
The preliminary information for the flight was very brief.
The balloon flight itself was a great experience for us, and the preparations, landing and clearing up were also very exciting.
I imagined the flight to be quieter - the pilot had to do a lot of heating.

Wonderful balloon flight from take-off to landing. I enjoyed the view from Lake Constance to the Rigi and Säntis. It was a beautiful, impressive flight.
The pilot was very knowledgeable and provided information about the flight and the balloon.
All the passengers took part in the assembly and disassembly. Really collegial. And the aperitif at the end
was also great.
