Everything was perfect. Pilot Shawn and ground specialist Susanne did a great job. An unforgettable experience. The organization by Flight-base was serious and reliable.

It was a wonderful experience. The pilot, Astrid, was extremely friendly and competent. It was exciting and pleasant to be able to help set up and take down.
A brief introduction of the participants, a briefing with a sip of iced tea while we waited for the gusts to subside would have been the icing on the cake.

The panoramic flight was wonderful and a great experience. Our driver told us lots of exciting things about ballooning and the surrounding area. After the precise landing, we even had a small aperitif.

We really enjoyed the balloon ride, except for the long stay over Hochdorf. Thanks to the beautiful weather, the views were great. Preparing and clearing up was also an interesting experience.
Shawn and Susanne were a great team.
