I booked 3 flights for my two sons and myself. The instructor did not know that the right cable car was not in operation. Therefore my sons had to walk half an hour with al the heavy flightgear to the place of departure. Due to that I could not make any pictures of my sons at their departure. My own flight was cancelled due to the changing weather conditions. Apparently I had to fill in a form to cancel my flight. They did not tell me in advance. I payed CHF 180 for my own flight, did not fly and did not receive my money back.

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln!
Sehr gute Einführung und Erklärungen durch den Piloten. Ruhige und verständliche Art. Habe mich von Anfang bis zum Schluss sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt.
Ein super tolles Erlebnis!!!
